Create a hack using MongoDB Atlas to host a database in the cloud! Automate the provisioning and deployment process with ease, while focusing all your efforts on your hack. Projects built using MongoDB Atlas will be eligible to win an AirCharge Plus per team member.

Most Creative Radar.io Hack

Build the most creative hack using Radar's SDKs and APIs for geofencing, location search, and geocoding. Some ideas for location-aware projects include a delivery tracker, campus building locator, and a Find my Friends clone. Winning team members will be eligible to win two Tile Sticker Smart Tracker per member and a chance to be featured by Radar.

Judging Criteria

  • Creativity
    Originality: How similar is it to other solutions? Technologies combined in a creative way.
  • User Experience
    Accessibility, Ease of use, Visually appealing
  • Presentation
    Easy to understand explanation of how the solution was implemented. Good explanation of the implementation’s vision. Compelling demonstration of the implementation.
  • Implementation
    Completeness: Does it do enough? Functionality: Does it do what it does well? Robustness: Is it stable? Inconsistent? Breakable?
  • Adherence to prompt
    Each judge will make a judgment on whether or not the project adheres to the prompt. If they decide that the project does not adhere to the prompt at all, that judge will give you a 0 on their card. Scores only affect 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes.
